Is hosting included in the $49 monthly price?
No. WordPress Care is $49 USD per month, per website, in addition to hosting. Starter hosting plus WordPress Care would be $69 per month at the current hosting price.
Does this cover new features or website changes?
Those are scoped separately. The care package covers routine WordPress software maintenance.
